[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 33명의 발기인이 참여하는 ‘진주 K-기업가정신 재단’ 창립(발기인) 총회가 10일 진주 K-기업가정신센터에서 개최됐다.
이날 창립총회에는 김종욱 스위스포트코리아 대표이사, 성경륭 전 국가균형발전위원회 위원장, 오준 전 유엔대사, 유명환 전 외교통상부 장관, 김기찬 가톨릭대학교 교수, 강병중 넥센그룹 회장, 구자신 쿠쿠그룹 회장, 이영춘 진주상공회의소 회장 등 20명의 발기인이 참석했다.
재단 임원은 발기인 19명이 이사로 선임됐으며, 이사장에는 정영수 CJ그룹 글로벌경영고문이, 부이사장에는 김종욱 스위스포트코리아 대표이사가 선임되었다. 감사는 최재경 삼성그룹 법률고문과 박재현 법무법인(유) 화우 고문이 선정됐다.
