브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 카카오뱅크는 안정적인 전산 시스템 운영을 위해 오는 19일 새벽 1시부터 오전 10시까지 모든 금융거래 서비스를 일시적으로 중단한다고 13일 밝혔다.
중단 업무는 △카카오뱅크 앱, 홈페이지 이용 불가 △체크카드 국내 및 해외 이용 불가 △자동화기기(CD/ATM) 이용 불가 △입출금/카드 결제 알림 서비스 불가 △타 금융기관을 이용한 카카오뱅크 거래 불가 △고객센터를 통한 상담 및 업무 처리 불가 등이다.
중단 시간은 19일 새벽 1시부터 오전 10시까지로 예정돼 있으나, 작업 진행에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있다.
카카오뱅크 관계자는 “2000만 명 넘는 고객들이 더욱 안정적이고 원활하게 카카오뱅크 서비스를 이용하실 수 있도록 점검을 실시할 예정”이라며 “서비스 이용에 불편이 없도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
