[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 경제, 사회, 환경이 균형을 이루는 지속가능한 도시환경을 만들어가기 위해, 지속가능발전 민관거버넌스 추진체계를 강화하고 2040환경계획을 수립한다고 14일 정례브리핑을 통해 밝혔다.
지속가능발전목표(SDGs : Sustainable Development Goals)는 2015년 유엔총회에서 193개 회원국 만장일치로 채택된 현재 세대와 미래세대 간 균형을 맞추고, 모두가 공평한 혜택을 누리기 위한 빈곤종식, 성평등, 기후행동 등 17개 국제사회 최대 공동목표로, 현재 세대가 지향해야 할 숙명적 과제라 할 수 있다.
