김해시 희망일자리버스는 구직자가 지역 우수기업을 방문해 현장면접을 보고 취업으로 직행하는 새로운 일자리 프로그램으로 대학생, 청년, 중장년 등 월별 테마를 정해 매월 셋째 주 수요일 오후 2시 대성동고분군 주차장에서 정기적으로 운행한다.
첫 운행이 이뤄진 지난 15일은 2월 테마인 대학생과 청년 35명이 참여해 진례면에 위치한 항공기부품 제조기업인 케이피항공산업(주)과 건설기계장비 제조기업인 ㈜월드튜브 등 2개사를 방문해 생산라인 투어와 현장 면접을 진행했다.
