브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 이랜드재단은 21일 보도자료를 통해 민간지원단체와 가정밖청소년 지원 사업인 ‘고잉 투게더’(Going Together) 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
‘고잉 투게더’는 가정밖청소년의 전인적인 성장을 돕고 미래세대안전망을 구축하기 위해 이랜드재단이 민간지원단체와 손잡고 진행하는 가정밖청소년 지원사업이다.
이달 20일 진행된 협약식에는 이랜드재단의 장광규 이사장, 정영일 경영고문, 김욱 본부장과 청소년행복재단 윤용범 총장, 위키코리아 임귀목 대표, 선한울타리 최상규 대표, 만사소년 손혜광 실장, 화평교회 유제중 담임목사가 참석했다.
이번 협약으로 이랜드재단은 가정밖청소년 멘토링 운영방식을 구축한 통합 지원 플랫폼을 통해 각 협력 기관에 멘토링 운영 가이드를 제공할 예정이다.
또한, 가정밖청소년을 돕는 멘토들이 겪는 정서적인 문제를 도와 멘토링을 지속할 수 있도록 멘토 교육 및 우수멘토 리프레쉬 여행 등을 지원한다.
더불어 가정밖청소년의 긴급지원영역인 주거비, 생계비, 치료비, 교육비 등도 지원한다.
이랜드재단 관계자는 “이번 지원 사업의 이름인 고잉 투게더에는 가정밖청소년을 돕는 멘토와 기관들이 함께 동행하며 가정밖청소년을 지속적으로 돕는다는 의미를 담았다”며 “이랜드재단은 가정밖청소년을 위한 통합 지원 플랫폼을 통해 미래세대가 건강한 사회인으로 성장할 수 있도록 도울 것이다”고 말했다.
