브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 스타벅스 코리아가 104주년 3.1절을 기념, 문화유산국민신탁에 백범 김구 선생의 친필 휘호인 ‘유지필성(有志必成)’ 유물을 기증한다.
이번 유물 기증은 백범 김구 선생의 ‘존심양성’(2015), ‘광복조국’(2016), 도산 안창호 선생의 ‘약욕개조사회 선자개조아궁’(2019), 백범 김구 선생의 ‘천하위공’(2021), 만해 한용운 선사의 ‘전대법륜’(2022)에 이어 스타벅스의 통상 여섯 번째 기증이다.
‘유지필성(뜻이 있으면 반드시 이룬다)’은 백범 김구 선생이 윤봉길 의사의 상해 홍구공원 의거를 기념해 1949년에 작성한 것으로 추정된다.
스타벅스는 오는 27일 덕수궁 중명전에서 문화유산국민신탁과 함께 독립문화유산 전달식을 갖고, ‘유지필성’ 문구가 들어간 기념 텀블러 300개를 제작, 문화유산국민신탁에 기부할 예정이다.
한편, 스타벅스는 2009년부터 문화재청과 문화재지킴이 협약을 맺고 지역사회 전통문화 보존 활동, 주미대한제국공사관 복원 및 보존 후원, 독립문화유산 국가 기부 활동, 독립유공자 자손 대학생 장학금 후원, 고궁 문화 행사 후원 등 다양한 활동을 진행하고 있다.
