모집 분야는 △Server(서버) △Mobile(모바일) △Banking(뱅킹) △SRE(아키텍트) △Data(데이터) △Cloud(클라우드) 등 6개부문 19개 직무다. 채용 규모는 총 00명, 두 자릿수다.
카카오뱅크는 지원자들의 편의를 위해 자기소개서 항목을 없애고 서류 전형을 간소화했다. 서류 심사 이후 사전 과제 또는 코딩 테스트를 거쳐 1, 2차 면접을 실시한다.
