군에 따르면 울진군 굿모닝 목요특강은 매월 하나의 주제를 선정하고, 각 분야의 전문가를 초빙하여 공부하는 시간으로, 매주 목요일 오전 7시 20분부터 90분간 군민, 공무원 모두를 대상으로 진행된다.
3월 주제는‘울진의 농업 대전환’으로, 총 3번의 강의가 준비되어 있고, 이 날은‘융복합을 통한 스마트팜 산업 확대 방안’이라는 주제로 조만호 ㈜스마트팜센터 대표이사가 진행했다.
손병복 울진군수는“인구 감소, 경기 침체 등으로 위기에 처한 우리 군의 살길을 찾기 위해서는 민·관이 함께 변해야 살고, 변하려면 공부를 통한 의식개선이 필요하다”며“지방소멸 지역이 아니라 울진군이 주도하는 지방 활력 시대를 만들어 갈 수 있도록 특강에 적극적으로 참여해 주시기 바란다”고 당부했다.
한편, 굿모닝 목요특강은 3월(16일, 23일)에는‘울진 농업 대전환’, 4월(6일, 13일)에는‘차별화된 관광’이라는 주제를 선정하여 전문가 특강이 예정되어 있으며, 울진군민이라면 누구나 사전 신청 없이 당일 특강에 참석할 수 있다.
