이번 협약을 통한 롯데월드 제휴 할인 서비스는 롯데건설이 시공한 민간임대주택에 거주하는 입주민(동반 1인 포함)을 대상으로 제공된다. 서비스 기간은 2023년 4월 1일부터 2024년 3월 31일(1년간)까지 유지되며, 해당 서비스는 롯데건설 자산운영서비스 브랜드 ‘엘리스(Elyes)’ 전용 홈페이지 또는 앱을 통해 이용할 수 있다.
