국가철도공단, 농촌일손돕기 나서

국가철도공단 충청본부는 올 한해 농사를 시작하는 봄철 파종시기를 맞아 농협중앙회 대전본부와 함께 일손이 부족한 관내 농가를 대상으로 ‘농촌일손돕기 활동’을 전개했다고 19일 밝혔다.

충청본부는 지난 2020년부터 농협중앙회 대전본부와 협력해 ‘농촌일손돕기 활동’을 해왔다.

이날 충청본부 임직원 20여명은 대전 서구에 위치한 호남선 흑석리역 인근 고추재배농가에서 폐비닐 제거, 고추대 뽑기 등 파종 사전작업을 도우며 구슬땀을 흘렸다.

아울러, 충청본부는 지역사회 소외계층의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 장애인가구 도시락배달, 아동복지시설 후원, 명절 기부, 김장나눔 등 다양한 사회공헌활동을 지속적으로 시행하고 있다.
