[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시가 오는 5월부터 도내 최초로 임신축하금을 지원한다.
임신축하금 지원사업은 진주시가 저출산 및 출생아 수 감소로 인한 지역 소멸 위기를 극복하기 위해 임신.출산 문제에 선제적으로 대응하기 위하여 도내 최초로 추진하는 사업이다.
이번 지원 대상은 신청일 이전부터 180일 이상 진주시에 주민등록을 두고 거주한 임신부로 외국인은 신청일 이전 180일 이상 진주시에 외국인 등록을 두고 거주한 임신부로 배우자가 대한민국 국적이어야 한다.
