항저우 아시안게임(AG) 개최국인 중국 측이 아시안게임 남녀 배구 경기 일정을 파리 올림픽 예선전 일정과 겹치지 않도록 대폭 조정한 것으로 확인됐다.
그에 따라 남녀 배구 모두 아시아 강호들이 파리 올림픽 예선전과 아시안게임에 모두 대표팀 1군이 출전할 가능성이 높아졌다.
