브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 하나카드는 금융 생활의 어려움으로 카드 대금 연체 중인 고객의 성공적 재기 지원을 위해 ‘특별 채무조정 프로그램’을 시행한다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 카드 연체 대금을 보유한 개인 회원으로 △기초 생활 수급자 △전세 사기 피해자 △특별 재난지역 산불 피해자를 지원 대상으로 한다.
카드 대금 연체 고객의 상황 따라서 다양한 방법으로 지원 되는 이번 프로그램의 주요 내용은 △채무 연체금 상환 유예(최장 60개월) △약정 금리 감면(최저 7%) △성실 납부 시 추가 금리 감면 혜택을 지원한다.
하나카드 관계자는 “일시적으로 상환 여력이 부족한 연체 고객의 채무조정을 통해 성공적인 재기를 지원하고자 이번 프로그램을 기획하게 됐다”며 “앞으로 금융취약계층은 물론, 금융소비자와 상생할 수 있는 다양한 지원 방안을 통해 ‘함께 성장하며 행복을 나누는 금융’을 실천해 나가겠다”고 전했다.
