이번 현장경영 회의에는 이성희 농협중앙회장, 전북 관내 조합장, 중앙본부 집행간부 등이 참석한 가운데, ‘함께하는 100년 농협’을 위한 전략, 주요 경제현안 및 경영이슈 분석, 지역본부 업무보고, 조합장과의 대화, 고향사랑기부제 활성화 결의대회 순으로 진행됐다.
2023년도 현장경영은 이달 18일 ‘전북본부’를 시작으로 약 1개월 간 전국 지역본부를 대상으로 9회에 걸쳐 진행될 계획이다. 농업인의 대변인인 관내조합장과 격의 없는 대화를 통해 농업·농촌이 겪는 어려움과 현안을 공유할 예정이다.
이성희 회장은 지속가능한 농업·농촌 환경 구현을 목표로 △유통·디지털 혁신을 통한 농업인 실익지원 △농·축협 본위의 지원체계 구축 △범농협 사업경쟁력 강화에 전 임직원들이 최선의 노력을 다해줄 것을 당부했다.
