브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한화그룹이 대우조선해양 인수를 최종 완료했다. 대우조선해양은 ‘한화오션’이라는 새 이름으로 새롭게 출범한다.
대우조선해양은 23일 오전 개최된 임시 주주총회에서 회사명을 한화오션(Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd.)로 변경하는 내용을 포함한 정관 개정과, 9명의 신임 이사 선임 등의 모든 의안을 의결했다.
한화는 한화에어로스페이스, 한화시스템, 한화임팩트파트너스, 한화에너지 자회사 2곳 등 5개 계열사들이 약 2조원의 유상증자 자금을 출자, 한화오션의 주식 49.3%를 확보해 대주주가 됐다.
이로써 지난해 12월 16일 본계약 체결 이후 6개월여만에 대우조선해양은 한화그룹 계열사 한화오션으로 새롭게 출발한다.
한화오션의 대표이사에는 권혁웅 부회장이 선임됐다. 사내이사로는 김종서 사장과 정인섭 사장이 선임됐다. 김종서 사장은 상선사업부장을 맡고, 정인섭 사장은 거제사업장 총괄 역할을 맡을 예정이다.
김동관 한화그룹 부회장은 기타 비상무이사로 선임돼 경영에 참여한다.
