브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한화그룹은 24일 창원컨벤션센터에서 경상남도, IBK기업은행, 한국 폴리텍대학과 공동으로, △한화에어로스페이스 △㈜한화 △㈜한화/건설 △한화솔루션㈜ △한화시스템㈜ △한화정밀기계가 참여하는 ‘한화그룹 우수협력사 일자리 박람회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 박람회는 경남 소재 중소기업의 구인난 해소 및 지역일자리 활성화를 위해 개최됐다. 경남의 주력 산업인 항공우주·방위산업·조선해양 플랜트 관련 기업인 이엠코리아㈜, ㈜한국화이바, ㈜동화엔텍 등 70여개가 참여해 현장면접 및 채용상담을 진행했다. 이날 행사를 통해 총 286명의 인재를 채용할 계획이다.
이날 구직자 5000여명이 행사장을 찾아 구직관련 상담 및 부대행사 등에 참가하며 행사에 대한 높은 관심을 보였다.
또한, 구직자들이 쉽고 재밌게 취업준비를 할 수 있도록 준비한 ‘도전! 취업준비 골든벨’, ‘MZ오피스(OX퀴즈쇼)’, 기업 현직자들의 직무 이야기를 담은 ‘직무톡톡’, ‘사회초년생 재테크 특강’ 및 전문가의 ‘1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅’ 등을 관람하며 행사를 즐겼다.
이 외에도 경남지역 대학생이 함께 참여한 메이크업 쇼, 응원단 공연, 사진 전시회 및 MZ맞춤 포토존과 느린우체통, MBTI 직무컨설팅 등 체험형 프로그램도 진행됐다.
한편, 한화그룹은 행사 당일 기업은행, 경상남도, 한국폴리텍과 ‘현장 수요 맞춤형 인재양성 및 일자리 창출을 위한 동반성장 업무협약’을 체결했다.
이번 협약을 통해 네 기관은 △일자리 창출 기업에 대한 금융지원 △지역 기업의 인재 채용 지원 △중소기업 현장수요에 맞는 교육과정 개설·운영 △협력사 채용 및 기술인력 양성 지원 등을 위해 상호 협력하기로 했다.
한화그룹 관계자는 “청년 구직난 해소와 동시에 상생협력 차원에서 협력사들의 우수인력 채용을 돕기 위해 이번 채용 박람회를 준비했다”며 “도내 우수한 협력사들이 이번 기회를 통해 구인난을 해소하고, 구직이 절실한 지역청년들에게는 취업성공의 장이 되기를 바란다”고 전했다.
