울진군, 공무원 대상 혁신 아이디어 뱅크 출범

【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군(군수 손병복)은 지난 22일 군청 대회의실에서 공무원을 대상으로 혁신 아이디어 뱅크(군정 발전 연구회)를 출범시켰다고 24일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 혁신 아이디어 뱅크는 공무원 스스로 정책에 참여하고 창의적인 제안과 새로운 군정 발전 방향을 모색하고자 의기투합하여 지정과제와 자율과제 중 한 주제를 선택하여 연구하기 위해 결성된 동아리 모임이다.

총 7개 팀 41명으로 다양한 직렬과 직급으로 구성돼 올해 10월까지 ▲맑은 공기를 위한 새로운 브랜드 가치 창출 ▲ 지속가능한 울진형 일자리 창출 등 공동 과제와 팀별 자율과제를 선정하여 팀별 수시 토론회와 선진지 벤치마킹 등을 통해 성과물을 만들어 낼 예정이다.
