동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스, 영천시와 글로컬대학 30 추진에 상호협력키로

이번 협약은 교육부 글로컬대학 30 사업을 상호 협력하여 추진하고, 지역과 대학이 상생 발전을 추구하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

이번 협약을 계기로 양 기관은 지속가능발전을 위한 산학협력 허브 구축, 지역산업 육성을 위한 기술 개발 및 인적 교류 확대, 지역발전을 위한 맞춤형 교육과정 개발 및 우수 인력 양성, 양질의 일자리 창출 및 대학-기업체 연계 지원 등을 협력한다.

이영경 동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스총장은 “동국대 WISE캠퍼스와 인접한 영천시의 지역 문화관광과 산업 발전을 위한 맞춤형 교육과정으로 지역정주 청년인재 인력양성과 지역특례 비자사업을 통한 우수 외국인 유학생 지역 취업 및 정주 프로그램 운영을 핵심 사업으로 추진할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
