‘중소기업 정규직프로젝트 사업’은 중소기업에는 채용 인턴 1명당 월 150만원씩 2개월간 고용지원금을 지급하고, 참여 인턴에게는 2개월간의 인턴 근무 후 정규직으로 전환 시 3개월 차, 10개월 차 총 2회에 걸쳐 총 300만원의 근속장려금을 지급하는 사업이다.
참여를 희망하는 기업은 중소기업기본법상 중소기업으로서 근로자에게 월 202만원 이상 급여를 지급할 수 있어야 하며, 고용보험 체납 사업장, 3개월 미만의 계절적·일시적 인력 수요 업체, 직계존.비속 및 배우자 등 친족이 경영하는 사업장 및 산업현장이 없는 기업체등은 참여가 제한된다.
