울진군, 특이민원 발생대비 모의훈련 실시

이번 훈련은 특이민원에 대한 민원공무원의 현장 대응 역량을 향상시켜 위법행위로부터 민원공무원을 보호하고 안전한 민원실 근무환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

모의훈련에서는 민원인이 상담 도중 공무원에게 폭언, 폭행과 함께 기물을 파손하는 상황을 가정하고 사전에 비상대응반을 편성, 직원별 임무를 부여해 특이민원 응대 매뉴얼에 따라 대응하는 절차를 연출하였다.

이번 훈련은 울진 경찰서와 합동으로 민원인의 진정 유도, 사전고지 후 상담내용 녹음, 비상벨(112 종합상황실 연결) 작동 및 경찰 호출, 피해 공무원 격리, 방문 민원인 대피, 가해 공무원 제압과 경찰인계 등 일련의 절차에 따라 체계적으로 실제상황과 같이 진행했다.

손병복 울진군수는 “특이민원에 대한 민원 공무원의 현장 대응 역량을 강화하고 안심하고 일할 수 있는 근무환경을 조성해, 보다 나은 민원서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
