20일 잡코리아에 따르면 직장인 496명을 대상으로 ‘하반기 이직 준비 현황’에 대해 조사한 결과, 전체 응답자 10명중 6명 이상에 달하는 68.3%가 ‘올 하반기 이직을 준비하고 있다’고 답했다.
이직을 준비하는 직장인들 중 절반정도는 현재 직장과 동종업계, 동일직무로 이직을 희망하는 것으로 나타났다. 동종업계로 이직을 희망하는 직장인이 46.3%로 절반에 가까웠고, 동일직무로 이직을 희망한다는 직장인도 51.9%로 과반수에 달했다.
‘이직 준비부터 성공까지의 목표 기간’에 대해 조사한 결과, ‘1개월~3개월 이내’ 이직에 성공하는 것이 목표라는 응답자가 57.8%로 과반수 이상으로 많았다. 구간별로는 ‘3개월 이내’를 꼽은 응답자가 24.2%로 가장 많았고, 1개월 이내(22.1%), 6개월 이내(21.8%) 순이었다.
‘이직을 준비하는 이유’는 ‘연봉을 높이기 위해’라는 응답자가 49.9%로 가장 많았다. 이직 시 희망연봉 수준도 현재보다 평균 940만 원 높은 수준을 희망하는 것으로 조사됐다.
