브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올 상반기 국내 상장 중견기업들이 전년 말 대비 0.9% 늘어난 2080명을 순고용하며, 같은 기간 0.6%를 늘린 대기업보다 증가율이 0.3%p 높은 것으로 나타났다.
기업별로는 고사양 카메라 모듈용 핵심부품 등 전자부품을 제조하는 자화전자(472명)가 가장 많았으며, 메가스터디교육(268명), 티웨이항공(229명) 등이 뒤를 이었다.
2일 CEO스코어에 따르면 500대 상장 중견기업의 국민연금 가입자 기준 고용현황을 조사한 결과, 올 상반기 순고용은 전년 말 대비 0.9% 늘었다.
500대 상장 중견기업은 코스피(KOSPI)·코스닥(KOSDAQ) 주권상장법인이면서 금융감독원에 공시된 사업(분기) 보고서상 중견기업에 해당하는 기업 또는 한국중견기업연합회로부터 중견기업 확인서를 발급받은 기업 중 매출액 기준 상위 500곳이다. 단, 합병·분할 등의 이유로 전년 말 대비 10% 이상 변동이 생긴 29곳은 제외했다.
순고용 인원은 국민연금 신규 가입자격 취득자에서 상실자를 뺀 수치다. 올 상반기 중 상장 중견기업의 국민연금 가입자격 신규 취득자는 2만7927명, 상실자는 2만5847명으로 순증가 인원은 2080명이다.
이에 따라 올 6월 말 현재 500대 상장 중견기업의 총 고용 인원은 22만2696명이고, 순고용 증가율은 0.9%로 대기업보다 0.3%p가 높았다.
업종별로 보면 전체 13개 업종 중 △생활용품(-1.0%, -135명) △유통(-0.9%, -20명) △IT전기전자(-0.3%, -125명) 등 3개 업종을 제외한 10개 업종에서 순고용이 늘었다.

기업별 순고용 증가 인원은 자화전자가 상반기 472명으로 중견기업 중 1위에 올랐다. 지난해 말 1923억원을 투자해 구미국가산업단지에 애플 납품용 ‘광학식 손 떨림 보정 부품(OIS)’ 생산 공장을 설립한 데 따라 신규 고용이 늘어난 영향으로 풀이된다.
