The desired condition for a short-term part-time job during the Chuseok holiday is ‘three days’.. What is your preferred job?
It was found that the desired part-time job requirement for those who want to work short-term during the Chuseok holiday period is ‘three days’ work. Additionally, there were many people who wanted to work part-time in store management and sales.
According to Albamon on the 25th, 2,324 adult men and women were recently asked, ‘Do you plan to work a short-term part-time job during the Chuseok holiday?’ and 70.1% responded that they would ‘work a short-term part-time job.’
The percentage of respondents planning to work a short-term part-time job during the Chuseok holiday was highest among office workers (74.2%), followed by college students (71.3%) and job seekers (64.6%).
It was found that the working conditions desired by short-term part-time workers during Chuseok are only ‘three days’ of part-time work. When asked an open-ended question about how many days they would like to work during the long holiday period from September 29 to October 3, the average was 2.9 days.
As for the desired part-time job, ‘store management/sales’ part-time job had the highest response rate at 43.6%. Next, △ Café part-time job (32.7%) △ Packaging/sorting/sorting part-time job (27.5%) △ Sales/promotion part-time job (26.1%) △ Theater part-time job (18.3%)
It was in order.
On the other hand, those who wanted to work part-time in delivery/delivery and loading and unloading parcels were low, with response rates of 6.9% and 6.3%, respectively.
The biggest purpose of working a short-term part-time job during Chuseok was to ‘save living expenses or pocket money’ (60.6%).
Among job seekers (16.5%) and office workers (18.7%), the main goal was to earn extra money through short-term part-time work, and among college student respondents, 'there was nothing special to do during the holiday period' (19.0%), so they worked short-term part-time jobs during Chuseok. There was a high opinion that they would do it.
In addition, slightly more respondents (4.4%) responded that they would work part-time during the Chuseok holiday because they ‘didn’t want to meet their relatives (to avoid nagging)’ than job seekers (3.2%) and college students (1.7%).
