[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 합천군은 오는 10월 4일부터 체육 및 문화시설에 대해 온라인 통합예약시스템을 운영한다.
군에 따르면 지금까지 공공시설을 이용하기 위해서는 유선 또는 방문을 통해 시설예약을 해야 했으며 전체 예약 현황 파악도 어려웠다.
이에 온라인 통합예약시스템을 운영해 군민들의 불편과 행정 절차상의 비효율을 해소한다는 방침이다.
대상시설은 합천공설운동장 군민체육공원 축구장, 풋살장 야구장 종합사회복지관 문화예술회관 이주홍문학관 평생학습관 등 총 7개소 15개 시설이다.
향후 다른 시설들도 순차적으로 시행할 예정이다.
이용 방법은 인터넷에 ‘합천군 통합예약시스템’ 검색 또는 합천군청 누리집을 통해 접속하면 된다.
특히 모든 기기에 최적화된 화면을 제공하는 반응형 기술이 적용돼 별도의 모바일버전 설치가 불필요하다.
또한 기존에 사용료를 고지서로만 납부하는 결제방식과 달리 신용카드, 가상계좌 등 다양한 결제방식을 지원해 그간 군민들이 겪었던 여러 가지 불편이 해소될 전망이다.
