이번 신입사원 모집은 영업/마케팅, 경영지원, 제조, 원료 등의 분야에서 진행된다. 모집 대상은 국내외 4년제 정규대학 이상 졸업자 또는 2024년 2월 졸업예정자로, 외국어 말하기 성적을 필수로 제출해야 하며 언어 종류 및 등급, 점수 제한은 없다.
