‘NO EXIT 캠페인’은 지난 4월부터 마약 중독의 위험성을 환기하고 범죄에 대한 경각심을 고취하기 위해 경찰청과 한국마약퇴치운동본부 등이 함께 기획한릴레이 캠페인이다.

김외철 국립해양과학관장의 지목을 받아 릴레이에 참여한 이세용 본부장은 “안전한 원전 운영을 통해 국민들에게 안정적인 전력을 공급하는 공기업으로서마약으로부터 안전한 대한민국을 만드는 데에도 앞장서 나가겠다”라고 전했다.

이세용 본부장은 다음 참여자로 서흥원 대구지방환경청장, 김종수 한국전력공사 울진지사장을 지목했다.
