이번 축제에는 매년 인기가 좋은 활어 맨손 잡기를 비롯해 수산물 해체 쇼, 무료 시식 행사와 가족 단위 관광객들을 위한 죽변오락실, 경매체험, 굿즈 이벤트 등 다양한 프로그램으로 볼거리, 즐길거리를 마련했다.
특히 이번 축제에는 겨울 한파와 우천에 대비하여 500석 규모의 TFS 텐트 설치와 에어돔 쉼터를 제공하여 관광객들이 안전하게 축제를 즐길 수 있도록 편의시설을 확충했다.
