브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 해외여행 수요가 증가하는 연말연시를 맞아 고객 혜택을 위한 로밍 프로모션을 실시한다고 28일 밝혔다.
KT는 올해 해외 여행객 120만 명이 선택한 로밍 ‘데이터 함께 ON’에 대한 프로모션을 준비했다. 이벤트를 통해 가족/친구/애인 등 여행가고 싶은 동반자 선택 시, 참여 고객 전원에게 할인쿠폰(3300원/5500원/1만1000원권 중 1매)을 제공한다.
이벤트는 KT 홈페이지를 통해 참여할 수 있으며, 2024년 1월 31일까지 진행된다. 할인 쿠폰은 2024년 2월 29일까지 사용할 수 있다.
‘로밍 데이터 함께 ON’은 KT 모바일 사용 고객이라면 가족 여부와 관계없이 본인 포함 가족/친구/애인 등 동반자들과 함께 데이터를 쓸 수 있는 국내 유일한 로밍 상품이다.
본인 포함 동반자(KT 모바일 최대 2회선)까지, 최대 3인이 데이터를 공유할 수 있다.
가입 방법 또한 매우 간편하다. 혼자 쓸 때는 본인만 신청하면 된다. 동반자와 함께 쓸 경우에는 동반자 번호를 추가 지정하면 된다. 추가 지정 시 동반자에게 이용 안내 문자가 발송되며, 문자 내 ‘링크’ 통하여 연결되는 사이트에서 이용 동의 절차를 거치면 이용할 수 있다.
한편, KT는 늘어나는 해외 방문 고객을 위해 KT 홈페이지에서 해외여행 가는 일정과 고객 사용 패턴에 따라 로밍 상품을 추천해주고 있다. 4일 이상 해외 여행 시 ‘데이터 함께 ON’ 상품, 그 이하의 일정은 ‘하루종일 ON’ 상품을 추천하는 등 다양한 로밍 상품을 서비스 중이다.
