브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넥슨은 10일 모바일·PC MMORPG ‘히트2’의 1월 대규모 ‘THE HARDCORE’ 업데이트를 예고하고 사전등록을 개시했다고 밝혔다.
오는 24일 열리는 하드코어 서버는 4주간 베타 형태로 운영되는 신규 시즌제 전장으로, 풍성한 혜택이 주어지지만 생존을 위해 다른 플레이어와 무한 경쟁을 진행하게 된다.
하드코어 서버의 캐릭터는 3개의 생명력을 보유하게 되며, 이를 모두 소진한 캐릭터는 24시간 뒤 삭제된다. 높은 난이도에 맞춰 기존보다 상향된 레벨업 보상과 경험치 버프 효과, 랭킹 보상 등 다양한 혜택을 제공한다.
넥슨은 하드코어 서버 도입을 앞두고 23일까지 사전등록 이벤트를 진행한다. 사전등록에 참여하는 유저 전원에게 새해 기념 ‘트리아이온 펫’을 즉시 획득할 수 있는 ‘불꽃의 전장 전야제’ 쿠폰과 업데이트 이후 각종 보상으로 교환 가능한 ‘수호자의 하드코어 티켓’ 쿠폰을 지급한다.
