브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 상품성을 더욱 강화한 ‘2024 코나’를 6일 출시하고 본격적인 판매에 돌입한다고 밝혔다.
2024 코나는 실용성을 높인 신규 트림 ‘모던 플러스’를 추가하고 트림별로 안전 및 편의사양을 기본화한 것이 특징이다.
새로 추가된 모던 플러스는 엔트리 트림인 모던 트림을 기반으로 △운전석 전동시트 △1열 통풍 시트 △세이프티 파워 윈도우(1열) 등 고객 선호 사양이 기본 적용돼 상품성이 향상됐다.
현대차는 모던 트림에 2열 에어벤트, 인기 트림인 프리미엄에 직물 루프와 18인치 알로이 휠(하이브리드 모델 제외)을 기본화하고, 최상위 트림 인스퍼레이션에 진동 경고 스티어링 휠을 기본 적용해 안전성을 강화했다.
첨단 운전자 보조 시스템(ADAS)으로 구성된 선택 사양인 ‘현대 스마트센스’에도 진동 경고 스티어링 휠을 추가해 △모던 △모던 플러스 △프리미엄 트림에서 선택 가능하게 했다.
특히, 현대차는 2024 코나 모던 트림의 판매 가격을 40만 원 인하해 구매 부담을 낮췄으며, 이외 트림은 일부 안전 및 편의 사양을 추가했음에도 가격을 동결해 전반적인 상품 경쟁력을 끌어올렸다.
