김해시, 다자녀가구 전세자금 대출이자 지원 확대

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 ‘다자녀가구 전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’을 확대 추진한다고 8일 밝혔다.

시는 작년보다 1,000만원 많은 7,000만원의 사업비를 확보해 70가구 이상의 다자녀가구를 지원한다.

지원 대상은 공고일 기준 부모·자녀 모두 김해시 거주 및 만18세 이하 자녀 3명 이상, 기준 중위소득 180% 이하 무주택 다자녀가구이며 요건을 모두 충족하면 전세대출 잔액의 1.5% 내 최대 100만원을 지원한다.

신청은 다음달 15일부터 5월 3일까지 주소지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터로 신청서를 제출하면 된다.

시는 자격여부 심사 후 대상자를 선정해 6월 중 지원할 계획이다.

김수철 공동주택과장은 “대출금리가 인상되고 있는 상황에서 상대적으로 주거비 부담이 큰 무주택 다자녀가구가 조금이나마 경제적 부담을 덜길 바란다”며 “지원을 확대해 많은 시민들이 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
