지난 3월18일 저녁에 미국의 전 CIA 요원이었던 마이클 리 작가(‘CIA 요원 마이클 리’의 저자)를 만났다.

이어 “지금 현재로서는 북한의 변화가 없는 한 종전선언 체결의 가능성은 단 하나도 없다. 미국 역시 북한의 변화가 없는 한 휴전협정을 폐기하고 종전선언을 해야 할 입장이 전혀 아니다”라고 피력했다. moonilsuk@naver.com
