[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 올해 데이터 분석 과제 수요를 제출한 부서와 공공의료정책 관련 부서 직원 50여 명이 참석한 ‘데이터 분석 사업 성과 공유회’를 20일 개최했다.

이날 성과 공유회는 작년 정책 활용도가 높았던 데이터 분석 사업을 공유하고 분석 사업의 추진 과정, 부서 간 협업의 중요성 등 원활한 사업 추진을 위한 보고내용으로 진행됐다.

이어 행정안전부 공모사업으로 진행한 공공의료취약지 분석 결과에 대한 이해를 돕고 정책에 적용하기 위한 토론 등의 내용으로 구성됐다.

작년 김해시는 ‘AED 설치 최적지 분석’, ‘CCTV 영상 유동인구 기반 가야문화축제 분석’, 한국토지주택공사와 협업으로 진행한 ‘공공와이파이 재배치 및 신규 설치지 선정 공모전’ 등 데이터 분석·활용에서 우수한 평가를 받으며 행정안전부 주관 데이터기반행정 평가에서 3년 연속 우수기관으로 선정됐다.

공유회는 데이터 분석 결과의 정책 적용을 위해서는 부서 간의 협업을 통한 분석과제의 명확한 도출과 데이터 관리·개방의 중요함을 공유하고 데이터 기반 보건 행정 추진을 위한 다양한 제안이 오가는 자리가 됐다.

시는 올 초 전 부서를 대상으로 실시한 데이터 분석 과제 수요조사를 토대로 공모사업, 자체분석, 생성형AI를 활용한 분석 등 다양한 방법으로 분석 사업을 진행하고 업무에 적용할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

시 관계자는 “데이터의 활용, 기관 내외의 협업을 통하여 이러한 성과를 거둘수 있었다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 데이터 분석 결과를 정책 수립과 의사 결정에 적극 반영하여 신뢰할 수 있는 행정을 선도해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
