이번 교육은 신중년(50~64세) 특화 취업교육 프로그램의일환으로 인생 제2막을 준비하는 신중년층의 취업 장려를 위해 마련됐다.
참여 대상은 주소지가 울진군으로 등록된 50세~64세 연령의 군민 중,경비원 채용을 희망하거나 경비원 경력이 없는 상태에서 일반경비원에채용된 사람이며, 10명을 선착순으로 모집한다.
교육은 경비업법에 따른 일반경비원 직무 수행을 위한 이론 및 실무교육내용을 바탕으로 4월 17일부터 4월 19일까지 3일간 경주시 위덕대학교 평생교육원에서 진행할 예정이며, 선발 시 교육비는 무료이다.
손병복 울진군수는“신중년 연령층의 취업 수요가 높은 경비원 교육을 시작으로 앞으로도 실효성 있는 취업 교육 프로그램을 지속적으로 발굴·제공하여 신중년층의 취업 기회를 확대하고 일자리 만족도를 높이는 데 노력하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
