브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넷마블은 28일 서울 구로구에 위치한 지타워 컨벤션홀에서 제 13기 정기 주주총회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 주주총회에서 넷마블은 연결재무제표 기준 매출 2조5021억원, 영업손실 685억원, 당기순손실 3039억원 등 지난해 주요 경영실적을 보고했다.
또한, 김병규 경영기획담당 부사장이 이사회 결의를 통해 각자대표 및 신임 사내이사로 선임됐다.
넷마블 권영식 각자대표는 주주총회 인사말을 통해 “글로벌 경기 침체와 기대작들의 출시 지연 등 부진한 실적으로 주주 여러분들에게 실망과 우려를 끼쳐 책임을 통감한다”고 말했다.
이어 “비용 효율화와 경영 내실화를 통해 여덟 개 분기 만에 흑자전환에 성공하는 등 2024년을 넷마블의 턴어라운드 원년으로 삼기 위해 모든 임직원들이 최선의 노력을 다하고 있다”며 “나 혼자만 레벨업:어라이즈, 아스달 연대기: 세 개의 세력, 레이븐2 등 주요 기대작들을 속도감 있게 선보이며, 신작 흥행과 외형 성장 달성에 총력을 기울일 것이다”고 덧붙였다.
한편, 이날 주주총회에서는 제 13기 재무제표 승인을 비롯, 정관 일부 변경의 건, 이사 선임의 건, 이사 보수한도 승인의 건 등 총 4건의 의안이 모두 가결됐다.
