[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해가야테마파크 일루미네이션 `빛의왕국 가야`가 오는 20일 시민들에게 선보인다.
`빛의왕국 가야`는 김해방문의해 및 김해캐릭터 `토더기` 선정을 기념해 김해문화도시센터와 김해가야테마파크가 함께 진행하는 일루미네이션 축제다.
가야테마파크는 축제 기간인 20일부터 5월 3일까지 2주간 무료 야간개장을 실시한다.
첫 개장일인 20일 오후 7시에는 야간 미디어쇼가 함께하는 점등식이 열린다.
이날 행사에는 지역 어린이들이 참여한 점등행사와 더불어 전통예술원 흥, 생동감크루, IN풍류 팀이 전통과 현대가 결합된 화려한 LED미디어 퍼포먼스를 선보이며 분위기를 고조시킬 예정이다.
`빛의왕국 가야`는 사람의 움직임에 따라 변화하는 상호작용(interactive) 조명은 물론 1,500송이 LED꽃으로 만들어낸 빛의 정원, 환하게 빛나는 대형 토더기 인형 등 다채로운 콘텐츠들을 선보인다.
특히 김해 대표 상징물 가야왕궁 태극전은 더욱 장엄해진 조명과 함께 수 백 개의 초롱불이 주변을 감싸며 환상적인 야경을 연출할 예정이다.
이영준 김해문화도시센터장은 “김해문화도시센터와 가야테마파크가 힘을 합쳐 이천년 전 가야의 이야기를 빛으로 빚어낸 특별한 야간볼거리를 시민들에게 선사하려 한다”며 “더욱 많은 시민들과 함께 하기 위해 5월 3일까지 평일·주말 오후 6시부터 10시까지 개방하기로 했다”고 말했다.
