(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 9일 진달래·벚꽃·복숭아꽃으로 수놓은 3대 봄꽃축제를 성황리에 개최했다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 시는 시민 1,000여 명이 참석한 가운데 기존 3대 봄꽃에 튤립, 장미까지 더해 부천의 오색봄꽃을 소개하는 선포식을 열고 봄꽃 관광주간의 포문을 열었다.
이어서 지난 3월 30~31일 원미산 진달래동산에서 개최된 ‘제24회 부천 원미산 진달래축제’, 4월 6~7일 도당산 벚꽃동산을 빛낸 ‘제26회 부천 도당산 벚꽃축제’와 춘덕산 복숭아꽃동산에서 열린 ‘제19회 부천 춘덕산 복숭아꽃축제’까지 3색의 다채로운 봄꽃축제는 부천의 아름다운 봄을 즐기는 많은 상춘객들로 성황을 이뤘다.
또, 진달래축제에는 6만8천여명, 벚꽃축제에는 5만7천여명, 복숭아꽃축제에는 2,500명이 방문해 약 4일간의 축제 동안 13만여 명(2023년 7만8천여명)이 축제장을 다녀간 것으로 집계돼 수도권 최고의 봄꽃관광도시임을 다시 한번 입증했다.
