인천시에 따르면, 요기조기 음악회는 비용을 내고 공연장을 가지 않고도, 언제 어디서나 가볍게 문화예술을 즐길 수 있도록 300회의 작은 음악회를 통해 시내 전역, 일상 속 공간 등 시민을 직접 찾아간다.
인천시는 시민이 지친 일상 속에서 문화로 행복한 일상을 상상하며, 삶이 더 행복해질 수 있도록 아름다운 선율의 음악회를 특별 기획했다.
