[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 아이키우기 좋은 도시를 만들기 위해 선제적인 공동육아 정책을 펼친다고 밝혔다.
고물가 저임금 시대의 속에서 살고 있는 현대인들의 맞벌이 가구는 선택이 아닌 필수로 느껴진다.
통계청이 발표한 ‘22년도 하반기 지역별고용조사 맞벌이 가구 및 1인 가구 취업 현황’에 따르면 전체 유배우 가구 1천 269만 1천가구 가운데 맞벌이 가구는 584만 6,000가구로 46.1%를 나타냈다.
맞벌이 가구가 늘어남에 따라 육아의 방식에도 변화의 바람이 불고 있다.
이에 군은 2021년 경남 최초로 ‘아빠 육아휴직 장려금 지원 사업’을 도입해 장려금을 지급하는 등 ‘독박 육아’가 아닌 ‘공동 육아’을 선도하기 위해 노력하고 있다.
또한 지역의 공동 육아 분위기 조성을 위해 아빠 육아 프로그램을 확대해 나가고 있다.
‘토요일은 아빠와 놀아요’, ‘슈퍼맨이 돌아왔다’, ‘초보아빠 육아스쿨’ 등 매년 새로운 아빠 육아 프로그램을 개발하고 추진해 아이 키우기 좋은 거창군 만들기에 정진하고 있다.
