충남태안군이 무분별한 공직자 신상 정보 유출 방지를 위해 홈페이지 내 직원 이름을 비공개로 전환했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이는 최근 경기도 김포시에서 직원 정보 공개로 인한 악성 민원으로 공직자가 사망한 사례가 발생한 데 따른 것으로, 이후 행정안전부는 공직자 개인정보 침해 등 부작용 최소화를 위해 각 지자체 홈페이지 내 직원 이름 비공개 조정을 권고한 바 있다.
태안군은 민원인 편의를 위해 홈페이지 내 직책·전화번호·주요업무는 그대로 공개하고, 청사 각 부서 입구에 있는 ‘직원 좌석 배치도’도 현행대로 유지한다는 방침이다.
