[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 오는 6월 1일부터 ‘상하수도요금 카카오 알림톡 서비스’를 도입해 운영한다.
이는 그동안 홈페이지, 문자, 전화로만 가능했던 요금안내 서비스에 카카오 알림톡 서비스를 추가해 종이고지서 전달에 따른 분실, 송달 착오 등의 불편을 해소하기 위해 마련된 조치다.
이 서비스는 별도의 앱 설치 없이, 카카오 알림톡으로 받은 스마트고지서를 클릭하면 △수용가정보 △당월 및 체납요금 △입금전용계좌 안내 △요금세부내역 △홈페이지 바로 연결 △이사정산 신청 등이 가능하도록 민원서비스를 확대 제공한다.
시민 누구나 스마트폰만 있으면 고지서를 받아보고 바로 신용카드 결제와 요금 민원 신청까지 가능해져 이용자 중심의 편의성도 증대될 것으로 보인다.
알림톡 서비스는 김해시 상하수도요금 조회납부 사이버창구와 수도과 요금팀 전화를 통해 간편하게 신청 가능하다.
해당 서비스를 신청하면 기존 종이 고지서는 발송되지 않으며 카카오톡을 사용하지 않는 신청자는 MMS로 동일한 내용을 수신받을 수 있다.
