브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 라이프스타일 TV ‘더 프레임’이 오는 13일부터 16일까지 스위스 바젤에서 열리는 세계 최대 규모 예술 박람회 ‘아트 바젤 인 바젤 2024(Art Basel in Basel 2024)’에서 첫 공식 디스플레이로 선정됐다고 11일 밝혔다.
아트 바젤은 매년 바젤을 비롯해 파리·홍콩·마이애미에서 개최되는 세계 최대 아트 페어로, 삼성전자가 공식 파트너사로 참가하는 ‘아트 바젤 인 바젤’이 가장 역사가 깊고 권위가 있는 박람회로 꼽힌다.
올해는 40개국 285곳의 갤러리가 참가해 다양한 장르와 형태의 예술 작품들을 만나볼 수 있다.
삼성전자는 아트 바젤 전시장 내 ‘삼성 더 프레임 라운지’를 마련하고, ‘예술을 탐험하는 새로운 방법(A New way of exploring art)’ 콘셉트로 다양한 작품들을 4K 화질의 스크린을 통해 생생하게 선보인다.
부스를 찾는 방문객들은 가장 먼저 외벽에 14개의 더 프레임으로 조성된 ‘더 프레임 월’을 만나볼 수 있다. 벽을 가득 채운 다양한 작품 이미지와 영상을 통해 더 프레임의 압도적인 화질을 경험할 수 있다.
