경기도 군포시가 오는 7월 30일까지 관내 80개 의무관리 대상 공동주택을 대상으로 ‘2024년 공동주택 모범·상생관리단지’ 신청을 받는다.
군포시는 1차 자체 평가를 거쳐 종합점수 75점 이상인 우수단지를 경기도에 모범·상생관리단지로 추천할 예정이다.
평가 분야는 △일반관리 △시설안전 및 유지관리 △공동체 활성화 △재활용 및 에너지 절약 등 4개 분야다.
경기도 2차 현장평가를 통해 모범·상생관리단지에 선정된 아파트에는 표창과 함께 인증동판을 수여할 예정이며, 노후 시설물 보수 등을 위한 공동주택 보조금 지원 선정 시 가점을 부여할 방침이다. 또한 선정단지는 3년간 도 기획 감사가 유예된다.
지난해에는 군포 금강펜테리움 센트럴파크 2차 아파트가 경기도 모범·상생관리단지로 선정된 바 있다.
신청은 시 홈페이지에서 신청서를 내려 받아 작성한 뒤 7월 30일까지 시청 건축과 공동주택관리팀에 제출하면 된다.
군포시 관계자는 “입주민들의 주거환경 개선 및 공동체 활성화를 위해 노력하는 아파트단지가 경기도 모범·상생관리단지로 선정돼 우수사례로 전파되길 기대한다”며, “관내 공동주택단지의 많은 관심과 적극적인 참여를 바란다”고 전했다.

After the first self-evaluation, Gunpo City plans to recommend excellent complexes with an overall score of 75 or more to Gyeonggi Province as model and win-win management complexes.
There are four areas of evaluation: △general management △facility safety and maintenance △community revitalization △recycling and energy conservation.
Apartments selected as exemplary/coexistence management complexes through the second on-site evaluation in Gyeonggi Province will be awarded a certificate of recognition along with a commendation, and additional points will be given when selecting apartment subsidy support for repairs to old facilities.
