현대 SUV 오리지널은 현대차 SUV 라인업의 다채로운 매력과 서비스 혜택을 로맨스, 스릴러, 코미디 등 여러 장르로 소개하는 온라인 영상 광고 시리즈다.
현대 SUV 오리지널은 △하이브리드에서 N 라인까지의 다채로운 선택지를 서바이벌 예능 컨셉으로 풀어낸 ‘SUV 피지컬’ △모든 트림에 기본 적용된 안전 사양을 강조한 오컬트 컨셉의 ‘안전각성’ △보증 기간과 거리를 자유롭게 선택할 수 있는 선택형 보증 제도를 로맨스 컨셉으로 풀어낸 ‘보증기간’ △현대차의 촘촘한 정비 인프라와 긴급 출동 서비스를 스릴러 컨셉으로 보여주는 ‘블루핸즈’ 등을 비롯해 코미디, 다큐멘터리 등 다양한 장르로 현대 SUV의 매력을 선보인다.
시리즈에는 영화 ‘밀수’와 드라마 ‘지옥’, ‘The 8 Show(더 에이트 쇼)’ 등에서 활약한 박정민 배우가 출연해 편마다 전혀 다른 스타일의 연기를 보여주며 재미를 더했다.

또한, 현대차는 고객이 친구나 가족 또는 연인과 함께 현대 SUV(코나, 투싼, 싼타페 중 택1)를 타고 여행을 떠나는 고객 경험 프로그램 ‘1박 2일 랜덤 국도 여행’을 2회에 걸쳐 진행한다.
이달 20일~21일로 예정된 1회차 여행은 지난 7일까지 신청받았으며, 27일~28일에 떠나는 2회차 여행 신청은 14일까지 진행된다.
2회차 여행 참여를 원하는 고객은 현대자동차 홈페이지 및 마이현대 앱에서 응모할 수 있고 당첨자는 19일 이전에 발표된다.
