브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회가 지난 10일 과천 본장 문화공감홀에서 ‘비전·가치의 날’ 행사와 ‘제2회 CEO 핵심가치 토크콘서트’를 개최했다. 정기환 회장은 토크콘서트를 통해 핵심가치 중 하나인 ‘혁신선도‘ 내재화 방안 등을 논의하고 임직원들과 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
한국마사회는 올해부터 경영 현안과 핵심가치를 전 임직원에게 공유하기 위해 모두의 비전과 역량을 공유하고 소통하자는 의미의 ‘비전·가치의 날’을 정기적으로 개최하고 있다. 코로나19의 영향으로 그간 단절되어온 소통의 장을 재개하고 조직 내부 역량을 결집하는 데 기여하겠다는 정기환 회장의 의지를 반영한 것이다.
이번 토크콘서트는 올해 50명의 신입사원의 입사 이후 전 임직원이 함께 모이는 첫 행사다. 한국마사회 핵심가치인 ‘혁신선도’와 관련해 퀀텀인사이트 황성현 대표의 ‘조직문화 혁신’ 특강으로 행사가 시작됐다. 이후 황 대표 및 정 회장의 1:1 대담이 진행됐으며 임직원의 자유로운 질의응답 시간이 이어졌다.
황 대표는 지속적인 성과 창출을 위한 조직문화 혁신 방안을 한국마사회 임직원들과 함께 논의했다. 대표적으로 ‘급변하는 대내외 환경 속 미래를 대비하는 조직문화 관리 방법’, ‘MZ세대와 관리자 직급 간 세대 차이 극복 방안’ 등에 대한 주제는 열띤 토의로 이어졌다.
정 회장은 “한국마사회가 미래를 대비한 조직문화를 만들기 위해서는 전 임직원이 어떤 마음으로 변화를 받아들이고 혁신을 추구할지와 구성원 간 얼마나 협력하고 소통하는지에 달렸다고 본다”며 “앞으로도 전 임직원이 함께 모여 조직의 현안과 나아갈 방향에 대해 허심탄회하게 이야기를 나누도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
