‘안전상황센터’는 대우건설 전 현장에 설치된 CCTV를 본사에서 대형 스크린을 통해 실시간 모니터링 할 수 있는 곳으로, 본사 차원에서도 안전사고 예방에 만전을 기하고 위기상황에서의 대응능력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
안전상황센터에는 안전보건 담당 고정 인력 2명이 상주해 현장 상황을 모니터링하며, 현장에서 놓친 위험을 파악해 안전사고 예방을 위한 최후의 보루로 활동한다.
안전상황센터는 개인 PC로도 접속이 가능한데, 개인계정을 통해 대우건설 경영진과 안전담당 임직원, 각 사업본부 현장PM(Project Manger) 등 100여명의 본사 임직원들이 상시 열람할 수 있는 시스템을 갖췄다.
