병원측에 따르면 이번 평가는 2023년 1월부터 3월까지 30건 이상 마취료가 발생한 전국의 병원급 이상 의료기관을 대상으로 평가됐다.
동국대학교경주병원은 모든 평가 항목에서 종합점수 100점 만점을 기록했으며, 전체 병원 평균 점수는 89.7점이다. 특히, 첫 시행부터 지금까지 3회 연속 모두 1등급을 획득하며 수술,마취 안전 관리 최우수 병원으로 자리매김했다.
평가지표는 △마취통증의학과 전문의 1인당 월평균 마취 시간 △회복실 운영 여부 △마취 전 환자 평가 실시율 △회복실에서의 오심 및 구토와 통증점수 측정 비율 △마취 중ㆍ후 정상체온 유지 환자 비율 등 총 5개 항목이다.
정주호 병원장은 “3회 연속 만점을 획득하며 수술, 마취 안전 관리 최우수 병원으로 자리매김하였으며, 앞으로도 환자의 안전과 최상의 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
