브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 엔씨소프트는 14일 경기도 성남시 분당구 엔씨소프트 판교 R&D센터에서 임시 주주총회를 개최하고 기업 분할 및 신설회사 설립을 확정했다고 밝혔다.
엔씨소프트는 지난 6월 24일 이사회를 열고 회사 분할 및 2개의 신설회사 설립을 결정했다. 임시 주주총회에서는 의결사항인 ‘분할계획서 승인의 건’이 원안대로 가결됐다.
신설회사는 ㈜엔씨큐에이, ㈜엔씨아이디에스 등 2개의 비상장법인이다. 오는 10월 1일 출범을 목표로 한다.
㈜엔씨큐에이는 QA(Quality Assurance, 품질 보증) 서비스 사업 부문 전문 기업이다. 사업 영역은 △소프트웨어 품질 보증 서비스 및 기타 관련 사업 △컴퓨터 프로그래밍, 시스템 통합 및 관리 △정보 기술 및 컴퓨터 운영 관련 서비스 등이다.
㈜엔씨아이디에스는 응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업 부문 전문 기업이다. 사업 영역은 △응용 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 △컴퓨터 시스템 통합 자문 및 구축 △시스템 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 등이다.
엔씨소프트는 이번 분할을 통해 각 사업부문별 신속하고 전문적인 의사결정이 가능한 경영 체제를 확립하고 핵심 경쟁력 강화를 추진한다. 사업 고도화를 실현하고 궁극적으로 기업가치와 주주가치 제고에 집중할 계획이다.
