[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 분당구 여성합창단은 제2회 남도 전국합창경연 페스티벌에서 대상을 수상했다.
지난 7일 전라남도 여수시 GS칼텍스예울마루에서 개최된 이번 대회는 지난 7월 한 달간 전국 37개 팀이 예선에 참가해 사전심사를거쳐 청소년부 8개팀과 일반부 10개 팀, 총 18개 팀이 본선에 올라그중 분당구여성합창단이 당당히 대상을 수상하는 쾌거를 이루게 된 것이다.
1995년 5월에 창단된 분당구 여성합창단은 지휘자 및 반주자를 포함하여총 46명의 단원이 이끌어 가고 있으며 지난해에는 제25회 대통령상 전국합창경연대회에 참가하여 금상을 수상한 바 있다. 대외활동으로는보바스병원 및 예가원 등 찾아가는 음악회 봉사활동으로 분당구 문화사절단으로서 활발히 활동하고 있으며, 오는 11월 19일 화요일에는 성남아트센터 콘서트홀에서 제28회 정기연주회를 개최할 예정이다.
