[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안산 이현준기자] 안산시가 추석을 앞두고 안산형 시민안전모델을 재가동했다.
지난 6일 이상 동기 범죄 대응 합동 FTX(모의 대응 훈련)를시작으로 9일 일사천리 민생안전회의를 개최한 데 이어 10일 오후 다문화특구 합동 순찰 등 연휴 기간 시민 안전을 위한 활동을 전개했다고 11일 밝혔다.

특히 지난 10일에는 안산시·안산단원경찰서·안산상록경찰서 3개 기관이 주도해 자율방범대 등 민간 순찰대와 함께 추석을 앞두고 민·관·경이 모두 참여하는 지역경찰관서별 취약지 합동 순찰을 진행했다.

이강석 안산단원경찰서장은 “안산형 시민안전모델은 민·관·경 공동체 협력치안 활동으로 확대되어 시민이 체감하는 치안활동의 좋은 사례가 되고 있다. 특히 이번추석 연휴 기간은 비상 응급 대응 주간으로 응급의료 지원을 비롯한 의료진 안전 확보,선제적 범죄 차단 활동과 사회적 약자 대상범죄·서민생활 침해범죄에 대한 엄정대응으로시민의 평온한 일상을 지키기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
